Leadership 3-Hour Camp

The best players in Toronto don't just play the game. They lead it.

Fierce Hockey's Leadership Camp is one of the most unique youth hockey programs in Toronto, a full-day experience that blends elite on-ice player development with real, hands-on leadership training that sets athletes apart on and off the ice.

Designed for players who are drawn to coaching, mentoring, and building the communication and confidence skills that make great captains and teammates, this program gives athletes something no standard hockey camp can offer: the chance to grow as both a player and a leader at the same time.

Each day includes 3 hours of elite on-ice training focused on skating efficiency, puck skills, decision-making, and hockey IQ, plus off-ice leadership development through guided activities, communication challenges, problem-solving tasks, and team-building games. Players also take part in hands-on Jr. Coach training, shadowing Fierce's seasoned Head and Senior Coaches while working directly with our younger camp groups on the ice.

What players walk away with: how to communicate with new skaters, how to demonstrate skills clearly, how to encourage and support a group, and what it truly means to be a positive role model in a hockey environment.
