Refund Policy

 

Fierce Hockey Refund Policy:

Please be aware that all refunds for camps, classes, or programs will be processed minus a 6% processing fee. This fee is applied by our payment processor and is non-refundable, even when a refund is issued. We are committed to providing a seamless refund process, and this fee helps cover the cost of the original transaction.

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before the camp, classes, programs:
    • Full refund minus the 6% processing fee.
  • Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the start of camp, classes, programs:
    • 75% refund minus the 6% processing fee.
  • Cancellations less than 14 days before the camp, classes, programs:
    • 50% refund minus the 6% processing fee.

       

**Summer Camp Refund Policy (Effective for All July & August 2026 Camps):

Because summer camps require advance staffing, ice bookings, and limited roster spots, our summer programs follow a stricter refund policy:

• Cancellations more than 90 days before camp:
Full refund minus the 6% processing fee.

• Cancellations between 90–45 days before camp:
50% refund minus the 6% processing fee.

• Cancellations less than 45 days before camp:
No refunds. Camp credit may be issued only if the spot is re-filled.

 

Bundle & Save Registrations – Important Refund Information

When families register using our multi-week Bundle & Save discounts (2–4 camps), refunds are handled differently to protect the integrity of the discounted pricing:

  • If you cancel one or more weeks from a discounted bundle,
    your refund will be recalculated based on the new bundle tier you fall into.
  • This means you will be refunded at the adjusted (lower) discount level, not the original discounted rate.

Example:
If you purchased 3 camps at 15% off and cancel one:
Your remaining 2 camps now fall under the 10% bundle tier, so your refund will reflect the difference between what you paid and the correct 2-camp pricing.
