Weekly Classes with Fierce Hockey start September 3rd! Classes are at RINX and UCC. You'll see a noticeable difference in skills after 6 consecutive classes.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT FOR THE CLASS: Full Hockey Gear & hockey stick

What to Expect in Class:

Players ages 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012 - OWHA, AA, A. GTHL A, AA, AAA.
Our classes are about individual skill development - level up your skills, speed, power with our classes that have proven success.
Classes have mixed ages and skill range - Players with high skill levels will be doing more advanced training. The class is run as split class, where players are grouped by skill/age.
Puck skills: speed with the puck & puck handling, shooting & passing
Skating skills - speed, stride, balance, power, edge work - in all areas of skating.
1 vs 1 in all areas of the game. Working on both offensive & defensive strategies.
Games: battle drills for stick checks & puck control.
Small area scrimmages to practice playing the game

5-6pm - Skating Skills

6-7pm Puck skills, Stickhandling, Games

7:30-8:30pm - Skating, Puck Skills, Stickhandling, Games

September:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays - 5-7pm - Rinx Rink 4
Tuesdays - 7:30-8:30pm - UCC

October-April:

Mondays & Wednesdays - 6-7pm - Rinx Rink 4
Tuesdays & Thursdays - 5-7pm - Rinx Rink 4
Tuesdays - 7:30-8:30pm - UCC

Wednesdays Defence Class 4pm - 5pm

Wednesdays @ Rinx rink 4 Class with Annie, Kiana, Lucas & Tayte.
