4hrs on-ice training + 1.5hrs shooting & stickhandling skills & off-ice training

Camp Description:

Designed for girls U9, U11, U13. This camp creates a high-energy, supportive environment where girls can train hard, push their limits, and build confidence on the ice.

Players will take part in 4 hours of daily on-ice training, focusing on: Advanced skating, edge control, puck protection, body contact skills, game-play concepts + decision-making, compete-level battle reps and situational reads. Off the ice, athletes will complete 1.5 hours of targeted training in stickhandling, shooting, strength, and coordination, designed to complement their on-ice development.

This is the perfect camp for motivated girls who want to elevate their skills, gain confidence in contact + game scenarios, and train in an empowering, all-girls environment led by mostly female coaches. Please note: this camp joins Bubble/Laser Tag on Friday only.

Schedule for (4 hour on-ice) Camp:
9am-1pm - ON-ICE 4hrs (3 Breaks @ 10am, 11am, 12pm)
1pm-2pm - LUNCH (Half Day Pick-up 1pm)
2pm-3:30pm - OFF-ICE TRAINING 1.5hrs (shooting, stickhandling in off-ice room)
*Friday- 2:00-2:30pm Group games/Camp rewards/prizes, 2:30-3:30pm Bubble/Laser Tag

**Important - Before registering, make sure you understand the type of camp you’re signing up for:

• 4-Hour On-Ice Camp: Includes a more intensive on-ice training with additional off-ice development training.
  
• 3-Hour On-Ice Camp: Offers a balance of skill development and training with 3hrs on-ice, Bubble/Laser Tag.
  
• Important: If you're registering with friends or teammates, ensure everyone is signing up for the same camp type (either 3-hour on-ice or 4-hour on-ice). This way, you'll all be on the same schedule for the week.
