This clinic will cover Positioning & Angling, Stick Checks, Body Contact and more!

What You'll Learn:

• The importance of body positioning and awareness
• How to safely and confidently use body contact
• Essential checking drills and techniques
• How to reduce the likelihood of injury while improving performance
• Understanding roles and responsibilities in physical play

The clinic offers 1hr or 1.5hrs on-ice instruction, focusing on introducing and elevating Body Contact skills. Every player will leave with improved skills, a stronger sense of confidence in physical situations, and an understanding of safe, effective body contact.
